Microsoft has NEVER been interested in UX/UI. They don't care. Look at their updating process. "Don't Turn Off Your Computer..." The "advances" since Windows 98 have been downgrades. Even NT (next technology) was the last descent Windows. Windows 11, yawn. Let's see how LINUX distros grow in popularity. But WIN SUX.
